Kinda sucks we are doing all of this stuff and just when we get the house the way I want it we are going to have to put the damn thing up for sale!! I don't know that I am going to go for a fixer upper next time......but who knows! =)

So much to do....
and we are running out of time!! We still have so much we need and want to do to the house and it the time just keeps slipping away! We have done quite a bit, but it seems like everything we do is 75% done. I think we are going to use what time we have this weekend to get some little tedious work done around the house and next weekend (the 3 day) we are going to redo the guest bathroom....new paint, tile, vanity, countertop, mirror, and lighting! I am excited to see what the finished product will look like...I will post before and after pictures when we get it done!

There are definitely both good and bad things about a fixer upper. I'm sure we'd appreciate them more if we could stay in them for any length of time!
