Saturday Run...

Shawn, Justin, Mary, and Elise are all doing a 5k up in Brunswick on Saturday morning.  I know everyone but Shawn has done stuff like this before.  Shawn is just now getting interested in running and I am proud of him for that!  This run in Brunswick will be a good test run to see how much he needs to train because he has already signed up for a 10k(?) in Jacksonville for like 6 weeks from now with a few other guys.  Hopefully he doesn't hurt himself!!!
