Completely Dry Morning!

Potty training has been going pretty well so far.  We have had hit or miss days but today has been VERY good!

Savannah woke up with a pretty full diaper this morning.  I really don't think she will start holding it through the night for a long time.  So even though I kinda figured she had just peed I sat her on the potty after cleaning her up and to my surprise, she went...a lot!  I guess her diaper was full from during the night and not this morning.  I was so happy!

We headed off to the commissary and about half way though she said she needed to go potty.  Well being the lame momma and not wanting to push the full, heavy cart all the way back up to the front of the store and then all the way back to finish up, I told her that she had a diaper on and she could go pee pee in the potty when we got home.  Well all the talk about going potty made me have to go.  So we went to the bathroom and I sat her up there (very difficult to balance her on the potty since I am sitting too) and within a few seconds she went pee!  YAY!

Once we got home I made her try one more time before we went to meet some ladies for lunch and she went again!!!  I took her while we were at lunch but she didn't go.  She did, however, go when we got back home!!

Her diaper stayed completely dry all morning!  I am so excited for her!!  She went potty 4 times!  No accidents!  I know we still have a long road ahead of us with the potty training, but I am just so happy and proud of Savannah for as much progress as she has made in less than a week of trying!!

I gotta get the girl some pull ups for when we are out and about because trying to get the diaper back on her when she is standing up is a PITA!    =)
