Dishwasher..

So, for whatever reason, I don't know how to load a dishwasher efficiently!  I really haven't used one all that much, I kinda prefer to just wash the dishes by hand, but we have this nice new dishwasher and I waned to use it, and I go so freakin' frustrated trying to load the damn thing!!  I just don't get how to do it!!  lol!!  =)
