First, while we were at Mari's house on Monday night, Savannah was playing with Ally's play table that has a little mini computer on it. I don't know what I said or what was going on but Savannah was clicking away at the keys and said "hold on I'm texting someone." Mari and I looked at each other and I was like "did she just say..." and Mari was shaking her head saying "yeah she said she was texting someone..."
I about fell out!!
Second, we were in Target last night when, as I was attempting to threaten to leave Savannah in the isle if she wouldn't hurry up, she told me "mom, hold up."
hold up? Seriously!
Yeah, I believe I am guilty on both accounts for my precious daughter, being the sponge that she is, soaking up every move I make and every word I say! I really have to watch myself before she really picks up my "non toddler friendly" habits!! lol!! Wish me luck!! =)

Don't you just love the things they come out with? My daughter is 3 1/2 and some of the things she says just makes me realise how quickly she is growing up!
There is a great idea on Pigeon Pair's blog about how to keep all their brilliant sayings - http://pigeon-pair.blogspot.com/2009/07/remembering.html
I think we sometimes get caught up so much in technology that it's lovely to actually have them hand written and stored so simply. Imagine sorting through that pot in years to come and remembering all the great things they say and do.
I still don't think those top "Calm down, Mommy. Calm down."
She is too funny!!
When i was talking with her yesterday on the phone...she told me her tummy hurt...i asked her why...she said...i think i ate too much...:)
Kelly I think you are right, I don't know what will top "calm down, mommy, calm down" especially when she did the hand motions and everything! lol!
