Conner's A-Maize-Ing Acres

Savannah's school had a field trip to CAA a few weeks ago, but on the day that her class was suppose to go was when Savannah was so sick.  Well luckily (I guess) the class that was suppose to go the next day got rained out so we were able to go with them on their make up day, which is good because we had already paid and it was non refundable!  Well Savannah had a blast and I thought I would share a few pictures of our day!

Shawn and Savannah on the tractor pull hay ride.  She surprised me by staying seated while we were in motion and then was so tickled when we stopped to feed the cows.  I didn't get any pics of that because there were so many kids that mine kinda disappeared in the mix!

Riding the tractor toy in the play area

Daddy and Savannah on the neat go carts (Kinda kicked daddy's butt because they went around twice..but Savannah loved it!)

OH and then the cow train!  Once again she surprised me by doing so good and sitting down the entire time.  She was all grins and had the best time on this!

Just too cute...

I seriously don't know what we are going to do when we have to move and not be near Claire anymore.  These girls are like sisters already, they either are great together, or fight to the point we have to separate them....either way they are both so wonderful!

Pictures....

A few pictures of Savannah playing outside having fun.

Exciting News For Banana Bear!!

Today Mary and I officially have over 150 bows in The Pink Boutique down near Orange Park in Jacksonville!!  We are so excited and proud that our bows are actually for sale in a boutique!  We have put so much time, energy, effort, and MONEY into this, that we are hoping that having our bows in this boutique will help get our name out there and increase interest in our boutique items!  The lady who runs The Pink Boutique is going to be passing our name onto a few friends of hers that also have gift shops.  Only time will tell how this will actually go, but we are very excited and hopeful that it will prove to be rewarding!  Wish us luck!!  =)

**We are offering a FREE SHIPPING promo on a lot of bows and most of the lovies..go check it out!!***

A Sigh Of Relief

For those of you who don't know, Shawn went up to DC on Tuesday.  For the past 6-8 weeks or so Shawn has been at PNEO (Perspective Nuclear Engineering Officer) school.  He has been working super hard and studding his butt off working up to a few exams and this major interview in DC.  The exams went fine and yesterday he called me around 4pm and let me know he passed his interview in DC!!!  I am so proud of him!!  Just wanted to share!  =)

Sugarland

Last Thrusday, the 6th, we went to the Sugarland concert.  It was amazing!  I love Sugarland and they def. didn't disappoint with the show they put on!

Shawn and I
Kelly Pickler was one of the opening acts and even though I really, really didn't care for her music on the radio, she was awesome in concert!!  It has really changed my opinion of her.
And then Sugarland came on...OMG!  Talk about adrenaline pumping!!  Jennifer's voice is off the charts amazing!!  Both her and Christian were bouncing all over the stage and had so much energy....they put on a great show!  It was so much fun!!
*Hubby did a great job getting tickets for Sugarland for my birthday!!*

Katahara Party

Shawn's boat just underwent a change of command.  Saturday evening the new CO and his wife threw a fabulous party at their house.  This event was adults only and it was awesome to get out with out the kid and socialize with all the great people on our boat!  The Katahara's house is just beautiful and the food and atmosphere were wonderful.  We had such a good time!

Me and Shawn...don't ask what is up with my husband's goofy face!

Savannah's Pumpkin

So, being the lame parent's that we are, we did not bother with carving a pumpkin this year.  I had every intention on doing it, but I swear Halloween snuck up on me this year.  But luckily Savannah has her cool Aunt Bridget whom while babysitting, took her to Walmart and got a pumpkin and let her decorate it.  Savannah is seriously proud of her pumpkin.  She keeps getting it off the dining room table and carrying it around the house.  She is so cute!

She said: "Oh look mommy, Melmo on Nanna's nose!"
